Introduction to the Professional World
The Kusadasi Association of Tourist Guides (KURED) and the Kusadasi Regional Committee of TURSAB collaborated to organize an “Occupational Information Meeting” aimed at familiarizing students from the Adnan Menderes University Kusadasi Tourism and Hotel Business Administration High School with the intricacies of the professional world.
Enlightening the Next Generation
As part of the Tourism Week celebrations, KURED Chairman Ali Karapinar, along with board members Yucel Temirodaman and Mehmet Yusuf Tanriverdi, shed light on the importance of organizational skills to the students. They assured the students that the association is committed to providing support for their realistic needs Preserving Tradition Turkish Hamams.
Excellence Recognized
The KURED representatives proudly shared that Kusadasi’s tourist guides were voted the best in Turkey by American cruise passengers in 2008. To maintain this accolade in the upcoming seasons, the association emphasized the significance of continuous education. Chairman Ali Karapinar expressed, “We plan to enhance our professional knowledge by participating in educational trips, archaeological activities, conferences, seminars, and cultural festivals.”
Upcoming Promotion Event
In collaboration with the Aydin Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism and the Aydin Association of Education and Solidarity, the “2nd Promotion Event of Aegean Towns” is scheduled to take place in Ankara from June 3rd to 7th, 2009. KURED Chairman Ali Karapinar announced the association’s participation in the event, highlighting their support for promoting Kusadasi effectively Istanbul Guided Private Tours.
Building Relationships with Local Authorities
The KURED Board of Directors paid a visit to the Mayor to extend their respects and congratulations on his new role. The Mayor emphasized that politics took a backseat on March 29th, and he is now the Mayor of all citizens of KUSADASI. He pledged to prioritize collaboration with the sector and expressed his intention to organize regular meetings with them to foster mutual understanding and cooperation.
